FULL TIME OCCUPATION. Employee shall devote Employee's entire business time, attention, and efforts to the performance of Employee's duties under this Agreement, and shall serve Employer faithfully and diligently and shall not engage in any other employment while employed by Employer.
FULL TIME OCCUPATION. Executive will devote Executive's entire business time, attention, and efforts as reasonably necessary to the performance of Executive's duties under this Agreement, and will serve Company faithfully and diligently and will not engage in any other employment while employed by Company.
FULL TIME OCCUPATION. Employee shall devote Employee’s entire business time, attention, and efforts to the performance of Employee’s duties under this Agreement; shall serve Employer faithfully and diligently; and shall not engage in any other employment or other business activities while employed by Employer.
FULL TIME OCCUPATION. The parties expect that Interim Administrator will devote substantially his full working time to the performance of the duties required herein. As such, the Interim Administrator shall not engage in any outside employment without Board approval. Nothing herein shall prohibit the Interim Administrator from taking reasonable periods of leave commensurate with reasonable personal, sickness and vacation leave; provided, however, that Interim Administrator shall remain responsible for proper discharge of his duties.
FULL TIME OCCUPATION. Commencing on the Effective Date, Employee shall devote Employee's entire business time, attention and efforts to the performance of Employee's duties under this Agreement during the first six months of employment, and shall serve Employer faithfully and diligently. It is recognized that the Employee does maintain certain other business interests, but the performance of these other interests shall not affect his ability to perform the duties under this Agreement. During the second six month period of employment, the Employee's hours, responsibilities, duties, and services shall be reduced. It is anticipated that in no event will the Employee devote more or less than twenty (20) hours per average week to the business of the Employee during this period. During this period, the Employee may also pursue other business pursuits not inconsistent with this Agreement. 3 3.
FULL TIME OCCUPATION. ECB will devote ECB's entire business time, attention, and efforts as reasonably necessary to the performance of ECB's duties under this Agreement, and will serve Company faithfully and diligently and will not engage in any other employment while employed by Company.
FULL TIME OCCUPATION. Commencing on the Effective Date, Employee shall devote at least 80% of Employee's business time, attention and efforts to the performance of Employee's duties under this Agreement, and shall serve Employer faithfully and diligently. In addition, Employee shall not engage in any other employment or other business activity (whether directly or indirectly, as owner, principal, agent, stockholder, director, officer, manager, employee, partner, participant or other capacity other than as less than a 5% stockholder of a public company subject to the reporting requirements under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934) during the term of this Agreement, except that Employee may be a stockholder of, and may be employed by (subject to the first sentence of this Section 2) Designs By Norvxxx, Xxc. and/or Professional Laundry Management, Inc. 3 3.
