FULL TIME OCCUPATION. Commencing on the Effective Date, Employee shall devote Employee's entire business time, attention and efforts to the performance of Employee's duties under this Agreement during the first six months of employment, and shall serve Employer faithfully and diligently. It is recognized that the Employee does maintain certain other business interests, but the performance of these other interests shall not affect his ability to perform the duties under this Agreement. During the second six month period of employment, the Employee's hours, responsibilities, duties, and services shall be reduced. It is anticipated that in no event will the Employee devote more or less than twenty (20) hours per average week to the business of the Employee during this period. During this period, the Employee may also pursue other business pursuits not inconsistent with this Agreement.

  • Full-Time Nurse is a Nurse who is hired to a position on a regular or temporary basis to work the work period described in Article 7.00 of this Agreement.

  • Full-Time Position Executive accepts such employment and agrees to devote substantially all of his business time, energies and attention to the performance of his duties hereunder. Nothing herein shall be construed as preventing Executive from making and supervising personal investments, provided they will not interfere with the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder or violate the provisions of Section 5.4 hereof.

  • Full-Time Only During the year of the leave, seniority shall continue to accumulate. Service for the purposes of vacation and salary progression and other benefits will be retained but will not accumulate during the period of the leave.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive shall not be prevented from (a) engaging in any civic or charitable activity for which Executive receives no compensation or other pecuniary advantage, (b) investing his or her personal assets in businesses which do not compete with the Company, provided that such investments will not require any services on the part of Executive in the operation of the affairs of the businesses and that Executive’s participation is solely that of an investor, or (c) purchasing securities in any corporation whose securities are regularly traded, provided that such purchases will not result in Executive owning beneficially at any time 5% or more of the equity securities of any corporation engaged in a business competitive with that of the Company.

  • Full-Time A full-time employee is an employee who regularly works forty (40) hours per week and 2080 hours per calendar year.
