Full-time Probationary Sample Clauses
The Full-time Probationary clause establishes a trial period for new employees who are hired on a full-time basis. During this probationary period, the employee’s performance, conduct, and suitability for the role are closely monitored and evaluated, typically over a set number of months. This clause allows employers to assess whether the employee meets the required standards before confirming permanent employment, thereby reducing the risk of long-term commitment to unsuitable hires.
