Common use of Full Time Service Clause in Contracts

Full Time Service. The Executive shall devote all of the Executive’s business time, attention and effort to the business and affairs of the Corporation and its Affiliates, shall well and faithfully serve the Corporation and its Affiliates and shall use the Executive’s best efforts to promote the interests of the Corporation and its Affiliates. The Executive shall duly and diligently perform all of the duties assigned to him while in the employ of the Corporation and shall truthfully and faithfully account for and deliver to the Corporation all money, securities and things of value belonging to the Corporation which the Executive may from time to time receive for, from or on account of the Corporation.

Full Time Service. The Executive shall duly and diligently perform all of the duties assigned to him while in the employ of the Corporation and shall truthfully and faithfully account for and deliver to the Corporation all money, securities and things of value belonging to the Corporation which the Executive may from time to time receive for, from or on account of the Corporation.
