Common use of Full Work Item Deletion Clause in Contracts

Full Work Item Deletion. For the purposes of pricing a RCC that deletes a work item in its entirety, the Government considers each individual work item to be separately priced. The starting point for negotiations will be the Contractor’s work item price entered in the Work Item Index Tab of Attachment J-4. The burden is on the Contractor to demonstrate production costs incurred. Program management and other indirect costs will not be considered.
