Fulltime Plant Operator. A fulltime employee who has completed the six month probationery period and successfully obtained a Plant Operators Licence shall be classified as a Plant Operator Grade 2 and be employed as a Plant Operator. The Plant Operator shall be paid a salary of $57400 per annum, paid weekly at the rate of $1103.84 per week or $26.28 per hour. The salary incorporates payment for four additional hours worked by the employee each week. The salary is inclusive of all allowances and annual leave loading.
