Wages Rates. The wage rate for all classifications in this Appendix shall be adjusted by a percentage, equivalent to and effective on the dates of any adjustment in wage rates, calculated on a percentage basis, which are negotiated from time to time for the classification of "General Labourer" by the Construction and Specialized Workers' Union, Local Union 1258, and the Construction Labour Relations Association of Manitoba. In applying the percentage adjustment, the resultant wage rate shall be rounded to the nearest cent.
Wages Rates. The hourly wage rates and classifications on all work covered by the terms of this Agreement shall be in accordance with the Wage Appendix incorporated herein as part of this Agreement.
Wages Rates. Each Employee shall be paid not less than the base hourly rate and applicable step- on-scale progression established by and set out in Appendix "A" for their job classification, subject to governance by this Article 19 and any other express applicable provisions of this Agreement. In the case of any conflict between the contents of this Article 19 and any other part of this Agreement, the provisions of this Article 19 shall take precedence and prevail.

10.2 The rates of pay in clause 10.1 reflect a 5% increase payable from the first full pay period to commence on or after the date of approval of this agreement, a 5% increase payable from the first full pay period to commence on or after 1 August 2005 and a 5% increase payable from the first full pay period to commence on or after 1 August 2006. Employees accept that wage increases granted in this Agreement cover any increase which might be granted through an industrial tribunals during the nominal term of the Agreement together with the inclusion of new skills into the classification structure levels. No further claims will be made against the Company during the term of this Agreement.
Wages Rates. 21.1 Ordinary wage rates are set out in Schedule A and will increase for the life of the agreement, as set out in Schedule A.
21.2 Remuneration can be a key element in attracting and retaining quality staff, as such the levels as set out in Schedule A shall not restrict the Employer and Employee/s from agreeing to higher rates of pay, or additional benefits.
21.3 Casual employees will be paid the hourly equivalent plus a casual loading of 23% of ordinary time. Casual employees, who are required to work overtime, shall be paid the applicable overtime rates as outlined in section 11 or 12.
