Common use of FULLY BARGAINED PROVISIONS Clause in Contracts

FULLY BARGAINED PROVISIONS. A. This Agreement represents and incorporates the complete and final understanding and settlement by the parties of all bargainable issues, which were or could have been the subject of negotiations. B. The parties acknowledge that the understandings and agreements arrived at by the parties after the exercise of that right and opportunity are set forth in this Agreement. C. The Authority and the Union, for the life of this Agreement only, each voluntarily waive any rights to bargain or negotiate with respect to any subject matter referred to or covered in this Agreement, or with respect to any matter or subject not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement. D. This Agreement shall not be modified in whole or in part by the parties except by an instrument in writing only executed by both parties.
