Functions and Powers of the RMC. During the Research Term, the RMC will determine the overall strategy and direction of the Research, coordinate and oversee the activities of the Parties in the performance of the Research. The RMC will have no power to amend, modify or waive compliance with this Agreement and will have only such powers as are specifically delegated to it hereunder.
