Common use of FUND APPROPRIATION CONTINGENCY Clause in Contracts

FUND APPROPRIATION CONTINGENCY. The Parties understand that the continuation of this Agreement is subject to the budget of the Parties providing for the associated expenditures. The Parties cannot assure that the funding for this Agreement will be approved in the future. In such event, either Party may terminate this Agreement.
