FUND APPROPRIATION CONTINGENCY. The Parties understand that the continuation of this Agreement is subject to the budget of the Parties providing for the contract item as an expenditure. The Parties cannot assure that the budget item for funding this Agreement will be approved in the future. In such event, either Party may terminate this Agreement.
