Fund Repayment. The School shall repay inter-fund loans within three months after the beginning of the following budget year.

Fund Repayment. A. All refunds or repayments due to the County under this Agreement are due no later than thirty (30) days from notification by the County of Funds due. B. The Municipality agrees that the County may withhold Funds otherwise payable to the Municipality upon a determination by the County or the Federal Awarding Agency that Funds exceeding eligible costs have been disbursed to the Municipality pursuant to this Agreement. C. The Municipality understands and agrees that the County may offset any Funds due and payable to the Municipality until the debt to the County is satisfied. D. All refunds or repayments due to the County under this Agreement are to be made payable to the order of “Miami-Dade County” and be mailed directly to the Contract Manager (as stipulated in Article V).
