Common use of Fund Shares Held on Behalf of Firm Clients Clause in Contracts

Fund Shares Held on Behalf of Firm Clients. All Fund Shares held by the Firm on behalf of a Shareholder of the Firm shall be carried in a custody account for the exclusive benefit of Shareholders of the Firm and shall not be subject to any right, charge, security interest, lien or other claim against the Firm in favor of the Funds or the Fund Agent.
