Funded Amounts and Interest and Yield Thereon; Facility Fee. (a) The Lessor's Invested Amount outstanding from time to time shall accrue yield ("Yield") at the Lessor Rate, computed using the actual ----- number of days elapsed and a 360 day year. If all or a portion of the principal amount of or yield on the Lessor's Invested Amount shall not be paid when due (whether at the stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise), such overdue amount shall, without limiting the rights of the Lessor under the Lease, to the maximum extent permitted by law, accrue yield at the Overdue Rate, from the date of nonpayment until paid in full (both before and after judgment).
