Common use of FUNDED NURSING CARE Clause in Contracts

FUNDED NURSING CARE. 27.1 If you are a resident who has been assessed as requiring nursing care some (but not all) of the nursing care provided to you by the Home will be funded by the NHS instead of by you (also known as Funded Nursing Care or FNC). The amount paid towards your nursing care is set by the Department of Health annually.
