Common use of Funding Agreement Clause in Contracts

Funding Agreement. The Performing Subsidiary agrees in favour of the Trustee that it will make the Funding Payments to the Trustee at the times those payments are required to be made under this deed and shall be liable to make such payments when due and payable to the Trustee by way of a specialty debt owing to the Trustee, as evidenced and constituted by this deed.
