Common use of Funding Notice; Funds Disbursement Instructions Clause in Contracts

Funding Notice; Funds Disbursement Instructions. The Administrative Agent shall have received (a) a duly executed Funding Notice with respect to the Credit Extension to occur on the Closing Date and (b) duly executed disbursement instructions (with wiring instructions and account information) for all disbursements to be made on the Closing Date.
