Common use of Funding of Non-Statutory Activities Clause in Contracts

Funding of Non-Statutory Activities. To the extent that WECC elects to fund any activities not eligible for funding pursuant to Sections 11.1.1 and 11.1.2, it shall do so through the use of service fees, charges or dues applicable to the persons or entities that voluntarily participate in such activities. Participation in or funding of such activities shall not be a condition of membership in WECC.
