Common use of Funding of Purchase Clause in Contracts

Funding of Purchase. On the date of each Purchase, each Purchaser shall, upon satisfaction of the applicable conditions set forth in Article V, make available to the Administrator at the Administrator's Office the amount of its Purchase in immediately available funds, and after receipt by the Administrator of such funds, the Administrator shall transfer immediately available funds to an account designated by Seller in the related Purchase Notice.

Funding of Purchase.
