Funding of Reliability Activities. 11.1.1 U.S. Statutory Funding. WECC shall fund all activities undertaken pursuant to Section 215 of the Federal Power Act in accordance with the funding provisions and procedures of that law and related FERC regulations and orders. The Board shall approve a budget for such activities in time for submission to the ERO and to the FERC for approval of such funding in accordance with applicable requirements.
