Funding Out. Despite anything to the contrary in this Agreement, if, during budget planning and adoption, the Commissioners Court fails to provide funding for this Agreement for the following fiscal year of Travis County, County may terminate this Agreement after giving Consultant thirty (30) calendar days written notice that this Agreement is terminated due to the failure to fund it.
