Funding Requests and Administration. A Borrower may act on behalf of all Borrowers for the purpose of giving and receiving notices and otherwise acting in the administration of this Agreement. Any dealing of a Borrower with Lenders or Collateral Agent under this Agreement or any other Loan Document shall be deemed for the benefit of, and on behalf of, all Borrowers.
