Funding the Appointment Power. The Trustee shall have discretion concerning how much of what Trust Property assets shall be transferred in satisfaction of an effective exercise of any power of appointment granted in this Agreement, unless such power explicitly relates to specifically identified assets. The Trustee may fund a power of appointment by undivided interests in Trust Property.
