FUNDS AT THE END OF A FUNDING YEAR. A14.1 Funds at the End of a Funding Year. Without limiting any rights of the Province under Article A13.0 (Events of Default, Corrective Action, and Termination for Default) and subject to Article D2.0 (Changes to Annual Allocations), if the Recipient has not spent all of the Funds allocated for a Funding Year as provided for in the Annual Allocation for that year, the Province will allow the Recipient to keep the Funds in the account specified under paragraph A4.1(b) and use the Funds in any subsequent Funding Year, up to the Projects End Date, for any Eligible Project in accordance with the Agreement.
