FUNDS AT THE END OF A FUNDING YEAR. 15.1 Funds at the End of a Funding Year. Without limiting any rights of the Ministry under Article 14, if the Recipient has not spent all of the Funds allocated for the Funding Year as provided for in the Budget, the Ministry may: (a) demand the return of the unspent Funds; or (b) adjust the amount of any further instalments of Funds accordingly.
