Funds Availability Schedule Sample Clauses

A Funds Availability Schedule clause defines when deposited funds become accessible for withdrawal or use by the account holder. It typically outlines specific timeframes for different types of deposits, such as checks, electronic transfers, or cash, and may distinguish between business and non-business days. By clearly stating when funds are available, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures both parties know when deposited money can be used, thereby reducing the risk of overdrafts or disputes over fund access.
