Funds for Escrow Items. (a) Xxxxxxxx’s Obligations; Escrow Requirement. I will pay to Lender on the day Periodic Payments are due under the Note, until the Note is paid in full, a sum of money to provide for payment of amounts due for all Escrow Items (the “Funds”). The term Escrow Items is defined above in the section entitled “Words Used Often In This Document.” Each Periodic Payment will include an amount to be applied toward the payment of the Escrow Items. The amount of the Funds required to be paid each month may change during the term of the Loan. The monthly payment that I will make for Escrow Items will be based on Lender’s estimate of the annual amount required. I will promptly send Lender a copy of all notices of amounts to be paid under this Section 3.
