Common use of Funds’ Orders Clause in Contracts

Funds’ Orders. The Funds allocation/redemption orders will be processed on the Funds’ next valuation date following the payment date. Funds will be regularly valued at least weekly unless unit pricing is deferred as described in the next sub- paragraph. The Company reserves the right to defer unit pricing and associated transactions at its sole discretion if there is substantial disruption to asset markets such as to make unit prices unreliable and/or if the processing of transactions could prejudice equity between unit holders. If a Fund has no official quotation at the valuation date, the allocation/redemption date relative to this Fund will be postponed to the next valuation date of this Fund.
