Investment Mechanism. 6.1 Where investment in any Facility as detailed in Section 3, Table 1 equates to measurable journey time savings on a route(s) over levels agreed no more than three months before delivery of the Facility, Bus Operators will, within three (3) months of the Facility generating measurable and agreed time savings undertake to carry out the following:
