Common use of Funds Owed to the Federal Government Clause in Contracts

Funds Owed to the Federal Government. The Recipient agrees to remit to the Federal Government any excess payments made to the Recipient, any costs disallowed by the Federal Government, and any amounts recovered by the Recipient from third parties or from other sources, as well as any penalties and any interest required by Subsection 9.f(2) of this Master Agreement.
