Common use of Funds Owed to the Federal Government Clause in Contracts

Funds Owed to the Federal Government. The Recipient agrees to remit to the Federal Government any excess payments the Federal Government has made to the Recipient, any costs the Federal Government has disallowed, and any amounts the Recipient recovers from third parties or other sources, as well as any penalties and any interest required by Paragraph 9.g(2) of this Master Agreement.
