Funds to the Administrative Agent. Unless the Administrative Agent shall have been notified by any Applicable Lender prior to the date of a Borrowing that such Lender does not intend to make available to the Administrative Agent such Lender's Applicable Percentage of the Borrowing to be made on such date, the Administrative Agent may assume that such Lender has made such amount available to the Administrative Agent on such date, and the Administrative Agent may make available to the Company a corresponding amount. If such corresponding amount is not in fact made available to the Administrative Agent by such Lender on the date of a Borrowing, the Administrative Agent shall be entitled to recover such corresponding amount on demand from such Lender together with interest at the Federal Funds Effective Rate. If such Lender does not pay such corresponding amount forthwith upon the Administrative Agent's demand therefor, the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Company, and the Company shall immediately pay such corresponding amount to the Administrative Agent together with interest at the rate specified for the Borrowing which includes such amount paid. Nothing in this Section shall be deemed to relieve any Lender from its obligation to fulfill its Commitments hereunder or to prejudice any rights which the Company may have against any Lender as a result of any default by such Lender hereunder.

If such corresponding amount is not in fact made available to the Administrative Agent by such Lender on the date of a Borrowing, the Administrative Agent shall be entitled to recover such corresponding amount on demand from such Lender together with interest at the Federal Funds Effective RateRate for a period of three (3) Business Days after the date due and at the rate applicable to Base Rate Loans pursuant to Section 2.6(a) thereafter. If such Lender does not pay such corresponding amount forthwith upon the Administrative Agent's ’s demand therefor, the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Company, Borrower and the Company Borrower shall immediately pay such corresponding amount to the Administrative Agent together with interest at the rate specified for the Borrowing which includes such amount paid. Nothing in this Section 2.4(b) shall be deemed to relieve any Lender from its obligation to fulfill its Revolving Credit Commitments hereunder or to prejudice any rights which the Company Borrower may have against any Lender as a result of any default by such Lender hereunder.
