Funds Transfer Fees. Each of Owner Trustee and Trust Company agrees that it will not impose, directly or indirectly, any lifting charge, cable charge, remittance charge or any other charge or fee on any transfer by Lessee of funds to, through or by Owner Trustee and Trust Company pursuant to any Operative Document, except as may be otherwise agreed to in writing by Lessee (in which case such agreed charge or fee shall be for Lessee’s account).
