Electronic Funds Transfers. By signing the Account Card, completing and transmitting an online account card or service request, or signing or using the Visa Debit Card, or Home Banking service you agree to the following terms governing your and our rights and responsibilities concerning the electronic funds transfer services, as applicable. Terms and conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement shall also apply to your electronic funds transfer service. Electronic funds transfers ("EFTs") are electronically initiated transfers of money through direct deposits, automated teller machines ("ATMs"), point of sale transactions, debit card purchases, audio response transactions and online transactions involving your deposit accounts at the Credit Union.
Electronic Funds Transfers. The only items processed through The Program are deposits from the brokerage account to The Program Banks, transfers among The Program Banks, and transfers back to the brokerage account from The Program Banks. The Program does not allow electronic funds transfers, ATM access, check-writing, deposit, point-of-sale terminal access, pre-authorized payments to third parties, access by credit or debit card or ACH transfers directly from The Program Bank Deposit Accounts.

Electronic Funds Transfers. This section applies if you have set up electronic funds transfers in connection with your Account. The Processing Institution Account that Credential Securities is authorized to deposit or draw upon has been specified by you in your Application (on the EFT Authorization form), and a specimen cheque marked "VOID" or other valid banking information confirmation has been provided. You acknowledge that your authorization is provided for the benefit of Credential Securities and the Processing Institution and is provided in consideration of the Processing Institution agreeing to process credits or debits for or against, respectively, your Processing Institution Account in accordance with the rules of Payments Canada. This authorization is continuing and we may rely on this authorization for all financial transactions relating to your Account and/or your Processing Institution Account(s), until you notify us of any changes in accordance with this section. You warrant and guarantee that all persons whose signatures are required to sign on your Processing Institution Account(s) have provided their signature(s). You hereby authorize Credential Securities to deposit or draw on the Processing Institution Account, to (a) deposit credit balances from your Account upon your instructions, and (b) debit your Processing Institution Account in accordance with your instructions. You may change or revoke this authorization at any time upon providing 10 days written notice to Credential Securities. Sample cancellation forms or further information on your rights to cancel any pre-authorized debits can be obtained from your Processing Institution or by visiting the Payments Canada website. You acknowledge that we have the right to terminate your authorization, if through no fault of Credential Securities, we are unable to debit the Processing Institution Account(s) in the full amount that you have specified. You acknowledge that provisions and delivery of this authorization to Credential Securities constitutes delivery by you to the Processing Institution. Terms and conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement shall also apply to your electronic funds transfer service. Electronic funds transfers (“EFTs”) are electronically initiated transfers of money through preauthorized deposits and payments, Visa Debit Card, automated teller machines (“ATMs”), point of sale (POS), telephone services provided by Member Service staff, audio response (“Telephone Teller”), and Online and Mobile Banking, Account-to-Account and Zelle Funds transfers services involving your deposit accounts at the Credit Union.
Electronic Funds Transfers. This Agreement is the contract which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) services offered by the Credit Union. By signing the Account Card, signing or using a debit card, or using an electronic funds transfer service, each of you, jointly and severally, agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, and any amend- ments. Electronic Funds Transfers. By sending us an EFT request (whether by telephone, electronically or in writing), you authorize us to initiate such EFT on your behalf and to transmit payment instructions to the applicable bank. In our sole discretion, we may agree to accept a written instruction to initiate an EFT from your Account. We may refuse any withdrawal request that you attempt on forms not approved by us or by any method we do not specifically permit, or that does not include all information we require, or that would exceed any applicable frequency or dollar limits or cause your Account to be overdrawn. We reserve the right to establish (and change) maximum dollar limits for withdrawal transactions from time to time. Electronic funds transfers are normally completed within three (3) business days of your request. Information regarding your liability for EFTs and stop payment procedures for EFTs are more fully set out in Schedule 2 (Funds Availability, Transaction Limits and EFT Disclosures).
Electronic Funds Transfers. This Section of this Agreement contains important information about some of our electronic banking services. This Section applies to all accounts except where it is stated otherwise. The terms of this Section include the instructions and other material provided by the System (as defined below) for the EFT Services you access. Part 1 of this Section contains terms and disclosures that apply to all EFT Services not otherwise defined in this Agreement. Parts 2 through 4 of this Section contain additional information that applies to specific types of EFT Services not otherwise defined in this Agreement. Part 5 of this Section applies to Business Accounts.
