Furnished by District Sample Clauses

The "Furnished by District" clause defines the materials, equipment, or services that the district is responsible for providing to a contractor or service provider under an agreement. Typically, this clause will specify which items or resources the district will supply, such as access to facilities, utilities, or specific materials necessary for the completion of the work. By clearly outlining these responsibilities, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that both parties are aware of their obligations, thereby facilitating smooth project execution and reducing the risk of disputes over resource provision.
