CEQA Documents. Adoption, approval, or certification of the CEQA Documents required by each Government;
CEQA Documents. The information and documents listed in Exhibit A prepared pursuant to the requirements of CEQA for the Project Approvals, and approved by City acting through its City Council, in accordance with the requirements of CEQA. CFD: A Xxxxx-Xxxx Community Facilities District formed pursuant to California Government Code Section 53311 et seq., or comparable financing mechanism acceptable to City, to provide a perpetual source of funds to pay the cost of the obligations specified in Section 4.4.

Any consistency evaluation, exemption determination, any Negative Declaration (mitigated or otherwise) or any Environmental Impact Report (including any addendum or amendment to, or subsequent or supplemental Environmental Impact Report) required or permitted by any Government, pursuant to CEQA, to issue any Approval or to approve this Agreement or the Project.
CEQA Documents. Environmental consultant will conduct a site walk with design team and city. Environmental consultant will attend field review meeting with Xxxxxxxx.
