Furnishing Documents. The Indenture Trustee shall furnish to Noteholders, promptly upon receipt of a written request therefor, copies of the Pooling Agreement, the Trust Sale Agreement, the Administration Agreement, the Custodian Agreement, the Trust Agreement, the Indenture and this Agreement.

Furnishing Documents. (a) Each Trustee shall furnish to the Certificateholders, promptly on written request, copies of all reports, notices, requests, demands, certificates, financial statements, and any other instruments furnished to such Trustee under the Transaction Documents.
(b) The Certificate Trustee shall, upon request, deliver to each Certificateholder such information, reports or statements as may be required by the Code and applicable Treasury Regulations and as may be required to enable each Certificateholder to prepare its federal and state income tax returns. In the event that the Trust is required to file tax returns (including information returns), the Certificate Trustee shall prepare or shall cause to be prepared any tax returns required to be filed by the Trust and shall remit such returns to the Certificateholder, at least five (5) days before such returns are due to be filed.
Furnishing Documents. Except as otherwise reasonably requested by a Major Webhelp Stockholder or an underwriter, the Corporation’s obligation to furnish materials under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, copies of Registration Statements and amendments and supplements thereto, Prospectuses (including any preliminary Prospectuses and Prospectus supplements), correspondences, and other documents as any Major Webhelp Stockholder or underwriter may reasonably request, may be satisfied through the electronic delivery of such materials, including the posting of such materials on XXXXX.
