Furnishing Information and Instructions; Examination of Documents. 3.1.1 Upon request by the Consultant, the Owner will make available for the Consultant’s investigation and use the Owner’s library of record documents for the Owner’s existing facilities, and other information pertinent to the Services which may be available, including any survey and geotechnical information. However, it will be the Consultant’s responsibility to research these existing documents to determine which, if any, are applicable to the Services. It will also be the Consultant’s responsibility to verify all applicable information shown on the Owner’s record documents or any other information provided by the Owner prior to relying upon such information for execution of the Services.
