PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS. The Parties acknowledge that the District is required to publish the Application and its required schedules, or any amendment thereto; all economic analyses of the proposed project submitted to the District; and the approved and executed copy of this Agreement or any amendment thereto, as follows:
A. Within seven (7) days of receipt of such document, the District shall submit a copy to the Comptroller for publication on the Comptroller’s Internet website;
B. The District shall provide on its website a link to the location of those documents posted on the Comptroller’s website;
C. This Section does not require the publication of information that is confidential under Section 313.028 of the TEXAS TAX CODE.
PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS. Any document issued under the Bank's name or logotype, which is intended for publication as part of a special project, joint program, research initiative or any other activity financed with the resources of the Project, shall be previously approved by the Bank.

Except as necessary for performance of service under this Agreement, no copies, sketches, or graphs of materials, including graphic artwork, prepared pursuant to this Agreement, will be released by FIRM to any other person or other city without City’s prior written approval. All press releases, including graphic display information to be published in newspapers or magazines, will be approved and distributed solely by City, unless otherwise provided by written agreement between the Parties.
PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS. A report taking stock of the implementation of the Agreement in the companies of the Group shall be disclosed to all of the employees of the Group via an appropriate channel.

The proposed investment is an upgrade of semiconductor wafer fabrication area and installation of new production tool sets used in connection with the manufacturing, processing and fabrication in a cleanroom environment of semiconductor products, including construction of cleanroom facilities, utility additions, construction of support structures for the new production equipment to be installed, and installation of the new tool sets.
