Common use of Furnishing Notices Clause in Contracts

Furnishing Notices. Borrowers shall provide Agent with copies of all material notices pertaining to any Project received by any Borrower from any Operator, any Governmental Authority or insurance company within seven (7) Business Days after such notice is received.
