Posting Notices. 16.01 The Union may post notices concerning the Union meetings and activities at specific places on the Company premises, subject to Company approval.
Posting Notices. 13.01 The Union shall have the privilege of having its notices posted at specified places on the Company's premises. The Company shall supply two (2) bulletin boards for that purpose. The Company maintains the right to remove notices or postings that it, reasonably deems to be inappropriate.
Posting Notices. Such notice of postings shall contain the following information: Nature of position, qualifications, required knowledge and education, skills, shift, wage or salary rate or range. Such qualifications may not be established in an arbitrary or discriminatory manner.

The Association and its representatives shall have the right to post notices of activities and matters of Association concern on teacher bulletin boards, at least one of which shall be provided in each school building. The Association may use district mail service and teacher mailboxes for communications to teachers. No material shall be placed in the teachers’ mailboxes that can be construed to deal with participation in, or information about any strike, work stoppage, or work slowdown.
Posting Notices. 16.01 The Union will have a designated bulletin board for the posting of notices and announcements of official union business. Notices and announcements other than those pertaining to regular lodge meetings must have prior approval of the Company before being posted.

The Company’s approval of such notices shall not be unreasonably withheld. Notices shall be removed by the Union when no longer current.

County shall have the right at all reasonable times and places to post and, as appropriate, keep posted, on the Premises any notices which County may deem necessary for the protection of County, the Premises and the Improvements thereon from mechanics’ liens or other claims. Lessee shall give County at least ten (10) business days prior written notice of the commencement of any work to be done on the Premises, in order to enable County timely to post such notices.
Posting Notices. 16.01 At least three (3) lockable bulletin boards shall be maintained for the posting of Union notices. While the content of the notices shall be at the sole discretion of the Union, they shall not contain notices that are illegal, abusive, and libelous or of any defamatory nature or that could be contrary to good customer relations. The Union will provide the Company with an advance copy of the posting, other than those of a routine nature.
