Common use of Furnishing of Relevant Information Clause in Contracts

Furnishing of Relevant Information. Upon request, each party hereto shall furnish to the other relevant information concerning the Reinsured Contracts and Reinsured Liabilities, including but not limited to studies used in the determination of reserves and other Reinsured Liabilities, and each shall have the right to review and copy the books and records of the other concerning such Reinsured Contracts and Reinsured Liabilities upon reasonable notice, during normal business hours and at the requesting party's own cost and expense.
