Furnishing of Support. Employer shall furnish Employee the necessary equipment, computer services, support personnel, experts, office space and any other thing or personnel that may be necessary to perform his duties as Chief Executive Officer. In addition, the employer shall furnish an automobile parking space, personal financial counselor and attorney's services at Employer's expense.
