Furnishings and availability. All rooms and offices shall have to be furnished in accordance with the use for which they are intended, and be available at least 48 hours in advance of the opening of the Council. The offices for the Meetings Secretariat and for the document reproduction shall be available before, on a date to be communicated in due time (i.e., the date of arrival of the Meetings Secretariat staff), and for the period necessary to prepare and to conclude the operations of the meeting (until one day after the end of the meeting).
