Furniture and Equipment Rental. School shall enter into a Furniture and Equipment Lease with Manager to rent furniture and equipment for the School and shall pay storage and delivery charges applicable to same. Furniture and equipment purchased with grant, government or other school funds will not be leased and ownership will remain with the School.
