Further Actions; Financing Statements. (a) In furtherance of the provisions of Section 5(c) hereof, the Seller agrees to take or cause to be taken such further actions to execute, deliver and file or cause to be executed, delivered and filed, such further documents and instruments (including, without limitation, any UCC financing statements) as may be necessary, or as the Purchaser may reasonably request, in order to perfect and maintain the security interest created pursuant to said section and to otherwise fully effectuate the purposes, terms and conditions of this Agreement, and the Purchaser shall cooperate in any such action.
