Common use of Further Acts and Documents Clause in Contracts

Further Acts and Documents. Each party will, at its own expense and when requested by the other party, promptly do, sign and deliver everything reasonably required for the purposes of and to give full effect to the Agreement, its provisions and any transactions contemplated by it.
