Further Agreement to Be Negotiated. 1. On a date between February 1 and March 1, 2000, to be agreed upon by the Parties, the Parties shall begin negotiations in good faith to enter into a further agreement regarding the issues set forth in paragraph C.2 herein. Such negotiations shall continue for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days (”Negotiation Period”).
