In connection with any due diligence activities conducted by GSK prior to making a decision on exercising GSK's Opt-In Right under Article 4, GSK shall execute confidentiality agreement(s) relating to Theravance's intellectual property and the chemistry being reviewed, such confidentiality agreements to be substantially similar to those executed by GSK in connection with its review of Theravance's intellectual property in connection with the LABA Collaboration Agreement.
