Further Assurances/Additional Documents and Approval. A Party, upon reasonable request of the other Party, shall execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, any additional documents and shall take such further actions as may be reasonably necessary or expedient in order to consummate the transactions provided for in, and to carry out the purpose and intent of, this Agreement and/or to comply with or satisfy the requirements of the Act.
