Further Assurances and Consents. 26.1 The parties agree to do or cause to be done all acts or things necessary to implement and carry into effect this Agreement to its full extent. 26.2 The Recipient acknowledges that the Province may impose conditions on any consent it provides pursuant to this Agreement.
