Further Assurances of Subordinated Representatives. Each of the Subordinated Representatives shall, at the expense of the Borrower, at any time and from time to time promptly execute and deliver all further instruments and documents, and take all further action, that the Controlling Party may reasonably request, in order to effectuate the provisions of this Article VI.
