Further Closing Deliverables. Each of the Parties shall, on or prior to Closing, deliver to the other Party such other deeds, documents, consents, waivers, resolutions and/or other things and/or take such further action(s) as may reasonably be required of it to implement the Scheme and/or the Acquisition.
